A002 Welding Electrode

A002 is an ultra-low carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel electrode with titanium-calcium type coating. The carbon content of the deposited metal is ≤0.04%. It has good resistance to intergranular corrosion and good welding process performance. The coating is red-resistant and has good strength. It has good porosity resistance and can be used in both AC and DC applications.

Features:

A002 is an ultra-low carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel electrode with titanium-calcium type coating. The carbon content of the deposited metal is ≤0.04%. It has good resistance to intergranular corrosion and good welding process performance. The coating is red-resistant and has good strength. It has good porosity resistance and can be used in both AC and DC applications.

Usage:

It is used for welding ultra-low carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel structures, and can also be used for 06Cr18Ni11Ti corrosion-resistant stainless steel structures with working temperatures below 300°C. It is mainly used in the manufacture of synthetic fibers, fertilizers, medical equipment, petroleum and other equipment.

Precautions:

The electrode must be baked at about 320-350℃ for 1 hour before welding. Rust, oil, moisture and other impurities on the weldment must be removed before welding. It is recommended to use a DC power supply. The current should not be too large to avoid redness and cracking of the drug skin.
