It has good heat resistance, corrosion resistance, crack resistance, and porosity resistance, and has good operating process performance. , the drug skin is red-resistant and has good strength. Can be used for both AC and DC.

Purpose:

Used for welding ultra-low carbon Cr18Ni12Mo series stainless steel structures, such as stainless steel structures of urea, synthetic fiber and other equipment. It can also be used for welding chromium stainless steel, composite steel and special steel that cannot be heat treated.

Notes:

1. The electrode must be baked at about 300-350℃ for 1 hour before welding.

2. Rust, oil, moisture and other impurities on the weldment must be removed before welding.

3. It is recommended to use a DC power supply. The current should not be too large to avoid redness and cracking of the drug skin.
