A102 Welding Electrode
A102 is a Cr19Ni10 stainless steel electrode with calcium titanium coating. The deposited metal has good mechanical properties and resistance to intergranular corrosion. It has excellent welding process performance and anti-pore performance, and the coating is resistant to redness and cracking. Can be used for both AC and DC.

Notes:
1. The electrode must be baked at about 300-350℃ for 1 hour before welding.
2. Rust, oil, moisture and other impurities on the weldment must be removed before welding.
3. It is recommended to use a DC power supply. The current should not be too large to avoid redness and cracking of the drug skin.
