Features:
A302 is a Cr23Ni13 stainless steel electrode with calcium titanium coating. The deposited metal has good crack resistance and oxidation resistance. It can be used for both AC and DC, and has good operating performance.
Usage:
Used for welding the same type of stainless steel, stainless steel lining, dissimilar steel (Cr19Ni10 is the same as low carbon steel), high chromium steel, high manganese steel, etc.
Precautions:
1. The electrode must be baked at about 250℃ for 1 hour before welding.
2. Rust, oil, moisture and other impurities on the weldment must be removed before welding.
3. It is recommended to use a DC power supply. The current should not be too large to avoid redness and cracking of the drug skin.
4. Reduce heat output and the swing range of the welding rod should .
