J506 Welding Electrode

The deposited metal has excellent mechanical properties and crack resistance, and has good low-temperature impact toughness.
Usage:
It is used for welding medium carbon steel and low alloy steel structures, such as 16Mn, 09Mn2Si and ship grade A, B, D, E steel, etc. It is also used for welding thick plates and carbon steel structures with poor weldability.
Precautions:
⒈Before welding, the electrode must be baked at 350-380℃ for 1 hour and can be used immediately after baking.
⒉ Before welding, impurities such as rust, oil, moisture, etc. of the weldment must be removed.
⒊Short arc operation must be used during welding, and the swing range should not be too large.
